First, make sure that your device can work with eSIM technology and that it can be used with other companies by unlocking it.

Make sure the software on your device is up-to-date, since old software can make it hard to activate your eSIM.

Also, make sure your device is linked to a stable Wi-Fi network while the activation process is going on. A good internet connection is very important. ​
