On July 9, 2025, I bought a 15GB eSIM from MobiMatter for my European trip, expecting a smooth experience. Unfortunately, I wasn’t even able to activate the SIM. After trying every step, it became clear that my phone is not compatible with the eSIM I purchased. This was never mentioned clearly on their site during the buying process.
Since I can’t use the service, I naturally want a refund. But trying to get any help has been a nightmare. There’s no proper support, no contact point, and absolutely no guidance on how to return a digital product that doesn’t work. It’s like the company completely disappears once you’ve made your payment.
I’m demanding a full refund for this nonfunctional service. Selling an incompatible eSIM without offering proper refund assistance is unacceptable. MobiMatter must take responsibility and offer a prompt resolution.
