Between August 10 and 12, during my short trip to Greece, I purchased eSIMs three different times through Mobimatte (for my Xiaomi Redmi Note 14 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max). However, despite following all the instructions exactly as directed, none of the eSIM installations worked, and I couldn’t use the service at all. In a foreign country where I didn’t know the language or the area, I was left completely stranded and had to rely solely on the hotel’s Wi-Fi throughout my trip.
I paid a total of 7 + 7 + 4 euros. I followed every instruction provided by Mobimatte customer support, but the issue was never resolved and I was unable to connect in any way. Since I was not able to use the service, I request a full refund for all the payments I made.
