I Can’t Activate MobiMatter 15GB SIM Due to Phone Incompatibility and Need Refund

On June 24, 2025, my daughter purchased a 15GB SIM card from MobiMatter for her upcoming trip across Europe. Unfortunately, the SIM card could not be activated because it turned out to be incompatible with her phone. We followed all the steps provided in the setup instructions, but nothing worked.
Now we are stuck with a product we cannot use and no way to return it. We tried reaching out to MobiMatter to request a refund, but there is no effective support channel. No one is responding to our inquiries, and we are left without a solution. This has been incredibly frustrating, especially since we had trusted this service to cover her connectivity during the trip.
We are asking for a full refund for the unused SIM card and would appreciate clear instructions on how to proceed with the return. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.
