Mobimatter Esim Shows Active But Does Not Work On My Samsung S24
Today, I purchased an eSIM through Mobimatter for my Samsung S24 device. Although the activation screen shows the eSIM as active, I am unable to use the line. It constantly gives an error and displays a message saying, “Contact your network provider.”
Despite this warning, I attempted to reach both the network provider and Mobimatter support, but I have not received any response. I am losing time and cannot benefit from the service I paid for.
I request that the eSIM I purchased from Mobimatter be activated properly as soon as possible so that I can use my line without interruption.
