Mobimatter Service Failed Completely And I Request A Full Refund
I just paid to use the Mobimatter app on my iPhone. I downloaded the app to use it in Bosnia and completed the purchase process. However, the app does not work at all—it won’t open, it gives errors, and my payment does not appear anywhere in the system. Despite all these issues, I tried contacting customer support but received no response. My order number is mm-12597037. I am currently in Türkiye and applied to use the app in Bosnia. This is the first time I have encountered such a problem.
I request a refund of the amount I paid.
