I Can’t Activate MobiMatter 3GB eSIM for Georgia and Can’t Get a Refund

On July 8, 2025, I purchased a 3GB internet package from MobiMatter for my trip to Georgia. After completing the payment and installation steps, I discovered that the eSIM would not activate on my phone. Apparently, my device is not compatible with their service—something that should have been flagged during the checkout process. As a result, I ended up with an unusable data package just before my trip.
I immediately tried to initiate a refund request, but getting any support has been nearly impossible. There’s no live representative to talk to, and the refund process is unclear and frustrating. I’m essentially stuck with a product I paid for but cannot use.
I want a full refund for the service I couldn’t access. Selling digital products without proper compatibility checks and offering no help during the refund process is unacceptable. MobiMatter needs to improve both its support system and transparency.
