I purchased a 10GB Mobimatter eSIM for my iPhone 15 Pro Max, expecting it to work smoothly as promised. Before leaving Turkey, I consulted my local carrier, and they assured me it would activate once I reached my destination. However, despite following all the steps and trying multiple times, the eSIM refuses to activate. To make matters worse, the app is now asking me to pay again, which makes no sense since I’ve already paid in full. This is frustrating, inconvenient, and feels like a scam. Mobimatter, I expect immediate assistance to activate the eSIM or a full refund. This experience has been nothing but a disappointment. Fix this issue now or risk losing customer trust.
