I Face MobiMatter Refund Problems After My 25 GB eSIM Never Worked

On April 17, I purchased a 25 GB eSIM internet package through MobiMatter for use in Montenegro, paying approximately $22. Even though I was using an iPhone 17 Pro Max, I repeatedly received “wrong code” and “invalid code” errors during the eSIM installation process and was completely unable to activate the line.

Since I was abroad without internet access, this caused serious inconvenience. In addition, after this process, I noticed what I believe may have been a virus-related issue on my phone, and the device became locked. Not only was I unable to use the service I purchased, but I also experienced additional problems with my phone. At this point, the app and system do not even show any record of the package I purchased or any assigned data allowance.

I tried to contact MobiMatter support through the available channels, but I did not receive any response and could not reach anyone who could assist me. Paying for a service that did not work at all and then being left without support has been a very disappointing experience.

I request a full refund of the approximately $22 I paid for the eSIM package that I was completely unable to use.
