MobiMatter E-SIM Won’t Activate – Faulty QR Code & No Support

I followed all the necessary steps to activate my MobiMatter E-SIM, but it simply won’t activate. When I contacted customer service, they completely ignored my issue and provided no real assistance. The QR code they gave me was faulty, and instead of acknowledging their mistake, they refused to take responsibility and denied my refund request.
While MobiMatter may offer cheaper E-SIM services than other providers, their customer support is terrible. If something goes wrong, they won’t help you or refund your money. How can I get this issue resolved? I expect a working E-SIM or a full refund immediately. Has anyone else experienced this problem? MobiMatter, fix this now!
