I purchased a 2GB Germany eSIM from Mobimatter, and it simply did not work. Despite following all the setup instructions correctly and spending over four hours troubleshooting, I couldn’t get it to function. I tried everything—switching settings, restarting my phone, checking compatibility—but nothing worked.
I sent them an email explaining the issue, hoping for support or at least a refund, but no one ever replied. I feel completely ignored and honestly taken advantage of. There’s zero accountability from this company when things go wrong.
The worst part is, I had used a Mobimatter eSIM in the UK before with no problems, so I trusted the brand. Clearly, that was a mistake. When the Germany plan failed and I got no support, I felt like I had been scammed.
Mobimatter, I demand a full refund for the eSIM I couldn’t use. If your product doesn’t work, and your support is silent, then customers are left with nothing but wasted time and money. You need to respond to your users and take responsibility when your service fails.
