My Mobimatter eSIM Doesn’t Work in Germany Despite 5G Signal Complaint:
I purchased a Mobimatter eSIM for use in Germany, but it has not worked at all. Despite showing a 5G signal, I am unable to access the internet. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the eSIM multiple times, but nothing has resolved the issue. To make matters worse, I haven’t been able to reach anyone for support, leaving me completely stranded without connectivity. This is incredibly frustrating and unacceptable, as I relied on this eSIM for my trip. Mobimatter, I expect you to address this issue immediately and provide a working solution. If you value your customers, you need to step up and fix this. I urge others to be cautious when considering Mobimatter.
