I Can’t Use MobiMatter 15GB eSIM in France Despite Correct Setup and Past Use

On July 1, 2025, I purchased a 15GB data package through the MobiMatter app (Order No: mm-11498003). When I arrived in France on July 3, I was unable to use the package. Despite carefully configuring all settings and having successfully used this same app and phone combination in previous years, the eSIM failed to activate this time.
There is no support phone number or live assistance channel I can reach, which makes this even more frustrating. I’m left without service and no way to report the issue in real time.
While I’ve already missed my chance to use it during this trip, I’m traveling to Greece later this month and would at least like MobiMatter to investigate the issue and ensure the package will work next time. Please review my account and fix the problem so I can use the service I paid for.
