I Can’t Use MobiMatter eSIM Abroad and Can’t Reach Support for Refund


Despite all my efforts, I was unable to use the eSIM I purchased from MobiMatter during my trip abroad. I made sure to research the product in advance specifically to avoid connectivity problems while traveling, but unfortunately, the eSIM never worked on my phone. I suspect it may be a compatibility issue, though that was not clearly disclosed during purchase.
I tried to reach out to MobiMatter to request assistance and a refund, but I couldn’t get in touch with any human representative. There is no effective support channel, and they offer no meaningful help. Because I needed internet urgently during my trip, I had no choice but to purchase another data line from a different provider.
I’m asking MobiMatter to refund me for the unusable eSIM package. Selling services that don’t work with all devices without a warning and then not offering any support is unacceptable. I expect my refund to be processed promptly.
