I purchased 30-day eSIM packages of 5GB and 3GB through Mobimatter for use in Greece (Order No: mm-12626618). We tried installing the packages on both my phone (Redmi Note 14 Pro) and my spouse’s phone (iPhone 16 Pro Max). However, both devices displayed a “could not be installed” error, and we were unable to use the internet service in any way.
We were vacationing in Samos between August 10 and 12, and during this time we were completely dependent on the hotel’s Wi-Fi. Since we did not know the language or the area, this caused serious difficulties and ruined our trip. I paid a total of 18 euros (7+7+4) using my credit card. I was unable to reach Mobimatter customer service and could not find any option to request a refund or cancellation.
I request a full refund for these eSIM packages that I was unable to use and ask that my grievance be resolved.
