MG4 Tail Light Warranty Delay Issue Unresolved

I submitted a warranty claim about 1.5 months ago because the rear LED tail light of my MG4 Luxury model vehicle had a crack. The warranty department approved the replacement, and I also learned—only after calling myself—that the part had arrived. Although Mr. B*** from the warranty unit confirmed that the part was approved for replacement, no one informed me once it arrived; I had to make every call myself to get updates.

Even though Mr. B*** told me that the service department would contact me, no one reached out or provided any follow-up. The MG Arkas Ankara authorized service has not contacted me at all during this process, and my issue remains unresolved.

I request to be invited to the service center as soon as possible and for my appointment to be finalized promptly so that the part ordered under my vehicle’s warranty can be replaced without further delay.
