For about two months, coolant has been leaking from the water reservoir in the engine of my MG HS. I took the vehicle to the authorized MG service center in Diyarbakır. The service team said the part needed to be replaced, but it has not been supplied for more than a month. During this period, I was also not given a replacement vehicle.
Because of this situation, I have been experiencing serious difficulties both in my daily tasks and in my family’s transportation. Since I cannot use my vehicle, I am facing major problems in both my work and personal life. Even though I contacted the service center multiple times, no solution has been offered, and my inconvenience grows every day.
I request that the authorized service center be urgently warned, that the part supply be expedited, and that a replacement vehicle be provided to me as soon as possible to resolve this situation.
