I purchased a brand new 2024 MG ZS 1.0 Luxury Plus expecting nothing less than premium performance, but instead I’m stuck with a serious defect. My vehicle’s interior is inexplicably freezing and developing ice buildup, even though I live in an area with temperatures fluctuating between -25°C and 30°C. I meticulously recorded videos at regular intervals to document this issue and took them to the dealership in Van Erzurum, yet they failed to offer a meaningful solution.
