My MG HS Keeps Breaking Down and Staying in Service for Weeks
My MG HS model vehicle, which I bought from Maslak Çiftkurtlar dealer on 30.12.2023, did not work on 14.01.2024 and I took it to the service. It could not be determined what the malfunction was in the service. Since that date, the same problem has been constantly experienced in my vehicle; the vehicle sometimes does not work, it malfunctions, then resolves itself. I took it to the service every time, but none of them could fail. I was a victim on the road many times. Although my vehicle was taken to zero, it was kept in service for a long time many times and the model year passed without being able to use it. It still continues to give the same failure and still the source of the failure has not been found. Finally, I took it to the service again last month and my car stayed in service for 1 month. Similarly, many times before, there were long periods of service. Maslak Çiftkurtlar service official Mustafa Bozkurt has all service records and minutes. Although my vehicle is under warranty, the grievance I have experienced has not been eliminated and no solution has been provided in my meetings with MG customer service, I am absolutely not satisfied. It is unacceptable that the vehicle I bought as a new breaks down so many times and stays in service for a long time. I demand that my victimization be removed urgently and that my vehicle be replaced with zero.
