Complaint Regarding Unconfirmed Vehicle Maintenance Appointment of MG

Dear MG Turkey, I scheduled a vehicle oil maintenance appointment through your official website for 10.09.2025. I later learned that the appointment needed to be confirmed, which was not clearly communicated during the booking process. After waiting for 5 business days, I contacted customer service again and was told I would be called back. Unfortunately, I have experienced nothing but disinterest and lack of care. No action, attention, or courtesy has been shown regarding my request. Today, on 19.05.2025, I called once again and received the same vague response: “We will call you.” I am disappointed to see such a poor and inefficient system, especially for something as basic as scheduling an oil maintenance appointment. Sales representatives are very enthusiastic and persuasive until the car is sold, but based on the complaints I have recently read in various forums, many customers experience a complete lack of support afterward. I have never encountered such indifference and delays with any other car brand. I was genuinely excited to purchase my MG HS vehicle, but the after-sales service has been extremely disappointing. Many complaints are responded to with “We have contacted the customer,” but in reality, this only delays resolution without offering any actual solution. The responses I have received from your customer service team reflect the same approach — there is no resolution, only deflection. With this kind of indifference and delay, I believe MG will struggle to establish a long-term presence in the Turkish market. Providing proper support and showing respect after the sale are just as important as the sales process itself. I have also noticed inconsistent practices, such as parts initially not covered under warranty being covered only after customers file public complaints. Such support should be offered proactively, not reactively. I kindly request that my maintenance appointment issue be addressed urgently and that I be contacted directly with a proper resolution — not just vague promises of follow-up.
