MG Sold Me Defective Rubber Mats and Refused a Refund or Proper Solution

I bought a rubber mat set for my MG ehs vehicle from Doğan Trend Otomobilite MG Basın Ekspres Authorized Service, paying more than twice the price just to make it original and fit my vehicle, I had to buy it without trying it on because I was in a bit of a hurry. Afterwards, I saw that instead of fixing clips, there were only simple small holes drilled on the mats at the front. These holes are very thin and the protrusions on the fixing points on the vehicle do not fit into these holes, and after a very short time, the mats started to tear around these holes. Another issue is that the floor mats sold as original, especially the ones on the back, do not fit the vehicle properly, if one side fits, it is tight on the other side and does not cover the middle shaft. In short, I was not satisfied with the product at all, and in a short time, tears appeared around the so-called clip holes. Despite the fact that I sent many e-mails to MG Türkiye for a refund, went to the service and applied, and they said they would take the mats from me and send them to the center and help, they did not accept their defective products and the refund. I approached them and said instead of a refund, give them a discount equal to the product price on the next maintenance, but they didn't accept that either. They made a very funny offer like 5% discount on the labor fee which is around ₺100-150. When I didn't accept that, the service manager made a disrespectful response like you can complain to anyone you want. Maybe it got torn by pressurized water during the car wash, which was why there was a ridiculous comment. Unfortunately, neither MG Turkey, nor Doğan Trend nor their authorized services stand behind the original product they sell. If there is still no positive response, I will also apply to the consumer arbitration board.

You replied within two minutes with 'We have contacted our customer and provided the necessary information,' but no one has called me. There has been no different approach and/or suggestion from what I wrote.
