If someone ordered a pair of pants from Lefties three weeks ago and still hasn’t received them, they can take the following steps:
Order confirmation email: Check the order confirmation email, which includes a tracking link. This link allows you to check the shipment status through the carrier.
Lefties website: Go to the “Check your order status” section at https://www.lefties.com and enter the order number and the email address used for the purchase.
Personal account: If the purchase was made using a Lefties user account, log in, go to “My purchases,” and check the order status there.
Contact form: Use the contact form available on the website to submit a detailed inquiry.
