I Faced Tracking Issues with Lefties Order Despite Order Arriving Late via Sendeo

I placed an order on May 30 through the Lefties website. While the order status showed “in transit,” there was no tracking number provided, and under the details section, it just said “waiting to be shipped.” This lack of information caused me a great deal of stress and uncertainty, especially since I had no idea where my package was or when it would arrive.

Eventually, on June 10—11 days later—my order finally arrived via Sendeo. I understand that the delay may have been due to the holiday rush or shipment backlog, and I appreciate that the products were well-packaged and complete. However, if Lefties had simply provided the name of the courier and the tracking number from the beginning, it would’ve made the entire experience far less frustrating.

Lefties, please improve your shipment communication process so customers aren’t left in the dark.
