I Paid for My Lefties Order But Never Received It and Can’t Reach Support

I placed an order from Lefties and received a delivery confirmation message on February 14, saying my item had been delivered. But to this day, I haven’t received anything at all. The courier company is unreachable, and I’ve contacted Lefties multiple times—yet no one is taking responsibility.
I paid for my purchase, and now I’m left with no product and no refund. To make things worse, there’s no customer service phone number to call. Everything is automated or goes unanswered. This is incredibly frustrating and feels like I’ve been scammed.
If Lefties cares about customer satisfaction, they need to step in immediately, track my order, or refund my payment without further delay. I deserve a resolution—now.
