I Waited a Week for My Lefties Order and It Still Hasn’t Been Shipped or Responded To

I placed an order with Lefties exactly one week ago, and it still hasn’t been shipped. I’m getting ready to leave for a trip, and this order was supposed to arrive before then. Now I’m stuck waiting, and with the holiday just two days away, I’m sure they’ll soon blame the delay on “bayram traffic.” But this delay started long before the holiday rush.
What’s worse is that there’s absolutely no communication. The live chat on the app is useless—no one ever responds. I’ve sent emails and received no replies. It honestly feels like they’re running things however they please, without any concern for customers' time or expectations.
This is unacceptable service for any company, let alone one with a brand name like Lefties. I’m demanding an immediate update on my order status and expect it to be shipped right away—or I will escalate this through Consumer Protection channels.
