I placed an order with Lefties, order number 90061556500, and the system shows it as delivered. But I never received anything! No package came to my address, no one rang the doorbell, and I wasn’t contacted by any courier. Even worse—there is no information about which shipping company was used, so I can’t even try to track it myself.
I’ve tried reaching out, but Lefties’ customer service is completely unreachable. No one responds, no one explains what’s going on, and I’m just left in the dark. How can a company mark something as delivered with zero proof or tracking details? This is completely unacceptable.
I demand an immediate full refund. I shouldn’t have to deal with legal action or waste time chasing something that was never delivered. Lefties needs to take full responsibility for this mess and stop ignoring paying customers.
