Lefties Order Not Delivered - No Customer Support

On 27.11.2025 I placed an online order on Lefties Turkey’s website and purchased 9 pieces of clothing, including jumpers, trousers and shoes, with the order number 90074920822. I paid a total of ₺5.048,00 by credit card at the time of purchase. Despite the time that has passed since then, I have not received any of the products in my order, and there has been no delivery or informative update. I tried many times to reach Lefties customer service regarding my missing order, but I did not receive any response or solution. Since my order has not been delivered and I have been unable to get support despite my repeated attempts, I request that the full amount be refunded to my credit card as soon as possible.
