Lefties Ignored My Order for 10 Days — Still Stuck in Processing Stage
On September 29, 2025, I placed an order on lefties.com (Order No: 90055443625) totaling $284, which I paid for using my debit card. However, even after 10 days, there has been no progress or update regarding my order, and the items have still not been shipped. The order status remains inactive on the system.
When I contacted customer service, I was repeatedly redirected to cancel the order online, without receiving any real or solution-oriented assistance. There has been no communication or explanation about my order status, nor any effort to address my inconvenience.
I request that my order be shipped immediately and that my grievance be resolved as soon as possible. I expect Lefties to take responsibility for the delay and provide a clear update on my order.
