Lefties Customer Service Gave No Help on Delayed Online Order

-On October 11, I placed an order on Lefties’ online shopping site. The estimated delivery date was shown as October 16, but as of today, my order is still listed as “being prepared”, with no updates or progress provided.
I’ve had a very difficult time reaching customer service, and when I finally managed to connect, I received no satisfactory explanation or solution. The lack of communication and continued delay have caused me significant frustration and inconvenience.
I request that my issue be resolved immediately and that I receive a clear update on the status of my order as soon as possible.
