I placed an order with Lefties on May 21 and by May 26, the status on their website simply showed “in transit” with no shipping details—no tracking number, no courier name, nothing. I contacted customer support through the Lefties app and was told the package had been shipped. They gave me a tracking number at that time, but it still only showed “in transit” in the app.
Later, I found out it had supposedly been handed over to Kargoist on May 26. A full week passed, and the package still showed “Adana branch” with no movement. I tried reaching Kargoist by phone multiple times—no answer. The only way I got updates was via email, and even then, they said, “We’ll check and get back to you.” That was it. As of June 11, I’ve received no update from either company.
It’s frustrating that a reputable brand like Lefties is so hard to reach. Please resolve this issue and deliver my order or provide a refund.
