Lefties Order Not Shipped - Refund Not Received For Purchase
On October 9, 2025, I placed order number 90072246808 from the Lefties online store. Some items in my order were canceled, yet I have not received a refund for the total amount of ₺4,878. Additionally, the remaining items that were not canceled have still not been shipped, even after 17 days. I could not find any contact number or customer representative to reach customer service, so I was unable to get any assistance regarding the issue. I made the payment by credit card and request a refund for the canceled items, as well as either the delivery of the unshipped items or a refund for their cost.
