I Ordered From Lefties on Feb 4, But My Delivery Still in Preparation on Feb 12

I placed an order with Lefties on February 4, expecting delivery by February 13. However, today is February 12, and my order is still stuck in the preparation stage—not even shipped yet. My order number is 90045140041. I have tried multiple times to reach customer service but failed to get any response. This lack of communication and delay is very frustrating and unacceptable. I demand that Lefties takes immediate action to resolve this issue and that customer service contacts me as soon as possible. I am very dissatisfied with this experience and expect a prompt resolution. Please address this urgently.
