I placed an order through the Lefties online store with a scheduled delivery date between May 7–9, 2025. As of today, the order still hasn’t arrived, and I haven’t received any updates or tracking information. What’s even more frustrating is that Lefties doesn’t provide a customer service phone number, so you can’t speak to anyone directly.
I first tried to reach out through their automated assistant and later through a live chat agent. I was told multiple times that I would be informed about the delivery status shortly—but no one has followed up, even after at least five attempts to get help.
The lack of communication and accountability is completely unacceptable for a brand like Lefties. If you’re going to offer online shopping, you need to back it up with reliable support. I demand an immediate update on my order status and either prompt delivery or a full refund.
