On January 29, 2026, I placed order number 90063378489 through the official Lefties website for two items: one pair of loose sweatpants (ref. 0104550280005, XL, black, $23) and one pair of chino pants (ref. 0592*******46, size 46, dark gray melange, $11). At the time of purchase, the estimated delivery date was listed as February 4, 2026. However, although the package should have been shipped by Thursday, Friday, or Saturday, it was not shipped until Monday, which already caused a delay from the start.
Moreover, while I was abroad today, I received a call from an internal number. I was unable to answer at that moment, and immediately afterward I received a message stating that “your package has been returned.” No clear information was provided regarding the delivery attempt, nor was there any explanation as to why the package was returned. This is the first time I have encountered such a slow and disorganized system that causes this level of inconvenience.
I have been unfairly affected because the products I paid for were placed into a return process without any justification, in addition to the delivery delay. I request that my items be shipped to my address again as soon as possible without any additional charges, or, if I choose, that my payment be refunded immediately.
