Lefties Online Order Unshipped - Immediate Refund Needed!

On October 10, I ordered a pair of boots and a belt from the Lefties online store (Order No: 90072280952). I paid a total of ₺2,338 by debit card. However, despite the time that has passed, my order has still not been shipped. I tried to cancel it, but the system doesn’t allow cancellation once the form has been submitted. I emailed customer service about the issue but received no response. I also contacted them via live chat and was told I would be contacted soon, but nothing happened. My order still hasn’t been processed. I request that my order be canceled immediately and the payment refunded to my account.
