I placed an order with Lefties on January 31, and after waiting for weeks, I finally managed to reach customer service today. That’s when I found out that my package was returned without any notification—no email, no message, nothing!
If I hadn’t contacted them, would they have even processed my refund? Now that I’ve complained, they suddenly decided to start the refund process. This is completely unacceptable! A company should inform customers about returns and refunds automatically, not wait for them to ask.
I will be closely monitoring this refund, and if it is not issued promptly, I will pursue legal action. Lefties, handle this properly and refund my money immediately!
