On January 1, 2026, I placed an order with Lefties for a set of products consisting of 11 items. My order number is 90061422513.
On January 12, 2026, I received a notification stating that my order had been “picked up by the courier.” Immediately after that, I received another message informing me that my order had been canceled, without any explanation provided.
Despite 11 days having passed and despite being informed that the products had been handed over to the courier, canceling the order afterward without giving any reason is not acceptable.
When I called customer service to find out the reason for the cancellation, the situation turned into complete chaos. It is extremely difficult to reach a customer service representative, and when I do, the representatives respond arbitrarily, provide no clear information, and take no solution-oriented action.
My grievance has not been resolved, and throughout this process I was neither properly informed nor given a reasonable explanation.
Although I was told that a refund would be issued for this order, my main request is for the 11 items I originally ordered to be shipped again without cancellation, under the same conditions and without any additional price difference.
Since the products have increased in price during this time, I do not want to be disadvantaged due to a delay and cancellation caused entirely by the company’s own process. I request that my order be re-prepared at the original prices from the date I placed it and shipped to me as soon as possible.
