On October 6, 2025, I ordered a pair of women’s pants in dark charcoal gray (Ref. 5924/309/898) from Lefties.com.tr, paying by credit card. My order number is 900564191. The item was shipped via Birgünkargoda (tracking no: 4740649318), but even though my delivery address is within the designated service area, it has been 10 days, and the package has still not been delivered. The website incorrectly shows the order as “delivered.”
I’ve tried contacting Lefties customer service multiple times, but I’ve received no response or assistance. I also can’t reach the shipping company, and I’ve been unable to cancel my order through the system.
Since I never received the product, I request an immediate refund of the full amount paid. I ask that this issue be resolved promptly, as the lack of communication and support has caused serious inconvenience.
