On January 24, I placed order number 90078455990 through the Lefties mobile app and purchased a product listed as UGG. The item was shipped, but today I only received an email stating that the package was returned—even though it was never delivered to me.
Although the product was never delivered, the $32 I paid has still not been refunded to my debit card, which has caused me financial hardship. During the process, I was only able to contact the shipping company, and they told me I needed to speak directly with Lefties. However, I have been unable to find any customer service phone number for Lefties, so I could not reach the company.
The fact that the product was never delivered, my money was still charged, and I cannot find anyone to address the return process has seriously damaged my trust. I request that the $32 be refunded to my debit card as soon as possible and that I be provided with a written explanation of the process.
