I ordered a pair of sabo clogs from Lefties’ online store (Order No: 90070704278). The estimated delivery date was October 1, but it has now been over a week, and my order still shows as “being prepared in the warehouse.” The product has not been delivered to me.
I paid for the order by credit card, and apart from the delivery delay, I haven’t experienced any other issues. However, I tried to contact customer service about this delay but couldn’t find a valid phone number or any way to reach them.
I request that this delay be resolved urgently and that my order be delivered to me as soon as possible. I expect Lefties to provide proper communication and ensure that such delivery delays do not happen again.
