I placed order number 90078011370 on January 27 through the Lefties online store. My order included two pairs of jeans and one vest. Although the estimated delivery date shown in the system was February 3, my items had still not been delivered as of February 6, so I canceled the order.
I paid a total of $54 with my debit card, including $52 for the products and $2 for shipping. However, even though it has been two days since I canceled the order, the amount has not been refunded to my bank account.
I am also experiencing serious difficulties reaching customer service. It states that I can connect with a representative on weekdays between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM, but when I try, the automated assistant keeps me waiting for a long time and ultimately no connection is made. My products were not delivered, my payment has not been refunded, and I cannot reach anyone for assistance.
I request that this issue be resolved immediately, that the full $54 be refunded to my debit card as soon as possible, and that improvements be made to customer service accessibility.
