I Can’t Reach Kargoist and My Lefties Order Has Been Stuck in Transit Since May 31
I placed an order through the Lefties app, and the shipment was assigned to Kargoist. According to the delivery schedule, my package was supposed to arrive on June 3. However, tracking shows that Kargoist picked up the package and it has been sitting at their Bayrampaşa transfer hub since May 31—without any movement.
I’ve repeatedly tried to call Kargoist’s customer service line, but no one ever answers. It’s incredibly frustrating not knowing where my package is and having no way to get proper support. Neither Lefties nor Kargoist is providing any updates, and the lack of communication is unacceptable.
If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will file a formal complaint with Consumer Rights. I expect Lefties and Kargoist to take accountability for this delay and provide a concrete solution or deliver my package without further excuses. I paid for this service—I deserve transparency and delivery.
