I placed an order with Lefties exactly one month ago, and the promised delivery date passed more than two weeks ago. Since then, I’ve sent multiple emails and attempted to contact their customer service numerous times, but none of my efforts have led to any resolution.

The order status still shows as “in transit,” yet I have not received a tracking number or any shipping confirmation. Every time I reach out, I get vague responses like “We’ll contact you within two days,” but it's already been over a week with no follow-up whatsoever. Even when I reach an agent, I'm left on hold for ages and never receive clear answers.

This is completely unacceptable for any retail brand, let alone one with global operations. I demand immediate action to locate and deliver my order or process a full refund. Customers shouldn’t be ignored or misled like this.
