Lefties Order Missing After 10 Days - No Delivery, No Updates!
I ordered something from Lefties’ website, and it’s been 10 days with no delivery or update. I still haven't gotten my order, and I haven't heard anything about what's going on with it. I'm really sorry I decided to buy from this brand. I haven't received any replies to my questions, so I can't even start the return process. This whole experience has been way more stressful than it should have been because of the poor communication and support. I’ve done a lot of online shopping, but I’ve never felt this overlooked and out of choices. I just want my problem to be recognized and sorted out correctly—this type of service is hard to grasp, especially coming from a well-known brand like Lefties.
