Lefties Delayed Shipping Past Estimated Delivery Window
On January 30, I placed an order for three clothing items through Lefties. Although the estimated delivery date shown at checkout was February 3–5, as of today, February 6, no action has been taken and my order has not been shipped. My order number is 90063489789.
In a previous similar delay, I contacted customer service but did not receive any response. For this reason, I am submitting my complaint directly here this time.
I request that my order be prepared and shipped as soon as possible and that the shipping information be updated in the system.
