I purchased an item from the Jack & Jones website, but it didn’t fit, so I wanted to exchange it. However, I’ve been unable to obtain a return code despite multiple attempts. Customer service told me they would forward my request to the relevant department and get back to me, but I haven’t heard anything.
It’s extremely frustrating that such a well-known brand is making the return process so difficult. As a customer, I shouldn’t have to chase down basic support for a straightforward issue.
I demand immediate action to resolve this problem and issue the return code without further delays. Jack & Jones needs to improve their customer service and streamline their return process.
