Unable to Find Return Drop-Off Locations for Pull and Bear Jacket
I recently bought a jacket from Pull and Bear, but I decided to return it. While I successfully generated a return code, I can’t find any information on the return drop-off locations. Additionally, my email and phone number don’t appear in the system, making it impossible to track my return options or proceed with the process.
Despite having a return code, I have no idea where to take the item, and I haven’t received any clear guidance. This lack of support is incredibly frustrating. I’d appreciate immediate help from Pull and Bear to clarify the return location so I can complete my return.
