Jack Jones Jacket Lost Shape After Washing and Was Denied Replacement

34

I purchased a Jack Jones jacket, but after washing it, the inner padding shifted and completely lost its original shape. The material inside became uneven, ruining the fit and look of the jacket. Hoping for a resolution, I returned the jacket to Boyner, requesting a replacement under warranty. However, it was sent back to me without any solution, even though I clearly mentioned the issue with the jacket's structure and padding.

Despite raising the problem of defective workmanship, no effort was made to address my concerns. I am extremely disappointed with both the product quality and the lack of attention to my complaint. I expect Jack Jones and Boyner to take responsibility and provide a replacement promptly.
