Jack & Jones Refused Exchange for Unworn Pants with Tags and Receipt
I purchased a pair of pants (size 32-32) from Jack & Jones, but due to stock unavailability, I ended up buying a size 32-30 instead. I didn’t try them on in-store, but when I got home, I removed the tags and found they were too tight. The next day, I returned to the store with the receipt and tags, hoping to exchange them for the correct size. However, the staff refused, saying, “How can we sell this item again?”
The pants are in perfect condition, exactly as I bought them, with the receipt and tags intact. This lack of customer support is unacceptable. I request an immediate exchange or refund and expect Jack & Jones to improve their service policies.
