I Can’t Return My Defective Product Because AliExpress Never Sent a Return Code or Instructions
I placed an order on AliExpress, but unfortunately, the product arrived defective. I immediately filed a return request, which was accepted. However, since then, nothing has moved forward. I wasn’t provided with a return shipping code, nor was I told which courier I should use to send the item back. Without this basic information, returning the item has been impossible.
Even more frustrating is the complete lack of customer support. I’ve tried to reach out to AliExpress through multiple channels, but it’s like talking to a wall — there’s no one to speak with, no response, and no real resolution.
I demand that AliExpress take this matter seriously. They must provide the return code, courier details, and ensure proper support is in place for handling return requests. I want a full refund, and I shouldn’t be the one chasing them for a service they’re obligated to provide.
